In this hilarious earlier footage Chef Claudio, the official Poet Laureate of Lizard Lick, N.C., is imposed upon by the township’s lifetime Mayor Charles Wood ( behind the camera ) to recite the folkloric poem by the same title that won him the honour years before. While in the throes of teaching a cooking class Claudio does his best to remember his poem. What ensues is fun for all.
